FAQ
Things to know and to bring for a great time at O Tamanco.
This is a campground with a back-to-basics concept, not a 4 star hotel or an all inclusive resort. We have purposely avoided an attempt to duplicate the conveniences of home. You´ll see, the most precious memories come from the most simple things.
We provide the basics (freshly brewed coffee & cold beer) and even a bit more during the summer season. For starters, bring the bring the camping essentials. A BBQ with charcoal, flip-flops, sunscreen and mosquito repellent. In terms of food, we suggest you shop locally.
In spring and autumn the weather is usually nice and warm during the day, but nights can be chilly on the Silver Coast. You can even expect a couple of rain showers. But don’t let the weather dictate to you. Apart from sunscreen, just bring your boots and a warm jacket.
